There is only one, but it can be stated in a great many ways. My way of putting it is to say that by receiving Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Saviour through a decision to trust our heart and our life to Him, we are born again of the Holy Spirit, receiving in that moment full forgiveness of our sins and God’s free gift of eternal life, so that we enter a personal relationship with Him, in which we may daily walk and talk with Jesus, whos grace will prove sufficient for all our needs, and who’s Spirit will progressively transform our minds and our lives, so that we are made like God. This is the Gospel, that Christ Jesus died to save sinners, of which I am one.
