Be patient when waiting on God for financial and material needs. Those who take God’s way and who choose to follow His calling on their life, sacrifice building wealth in the way that the world does. They choose a different way of financial management, a way in which they seek God and His direction in all things. Along this path of faithful obedience to Him, they may give up many blessings and luxuries that they might otherwise have gained, but their spiritual and ultimate reward is infinitely greater than their sacrifice, and whatever worldly wealth they may accrue is built on a correct foundation. When blessing seems slow in coming, stand firm in faith, for God will surely meet your needs, not in a miserly way, but according to His riches in glory! (Philippians 4:19).
