The Millenium Kingdom

Jesus reigns!

For the first disciples, the second coming of Jesus was something they expected to happen at any moment. Like us today, they did not know the day nor hour of Jesus’ return. Also like us, they knew that nothing less than the personal return of Jesus would solve all the problems of this troubled world. What was this hope that sustained them? It wasn’t just the joy of seeing Jesus again, wonderful though that was. It was the thought of what lay beyond. How did they know what would follow His return? Because they had the scroll of the prophet Isaiah, who had described these events many years before. Like them, we can go to Isaiah’s writings and discover what lies ahead for those who love Jesus. We’re talking about what we call ‘The Millennium Kingdom’, a thousand-year period that will begin after the Tribulation. What will life be like during this period? Over the next few days, we'll be looking at fifteen characteristics of life in the Millennium, drawn from three passages in the book of Isaiah. Join us for a journey that will change your view of the future!
