This teaching is profoundly urgent in these present end times, when countless voices compete for worship through power, pleasure, ideology, greed, distraction, and self-exaltation. What we fear, obey, trust, and prioritise often becomes, in practice, what we worship. Daily walking and talking with God therefore becomes not an optional religious exercise but the lifeline of faithful endurance.
