Honey In The Rock

A Christian community can only be said to be led by Christ if it daily looks to Christ, listens to Him, and follows His directions in this world. Revival begins with repentance. As we return to our first love for Christ, and re-commit to walking and talking with Him daily, new life and vigour enter our lives and the life of our community. To continue our honey metaphor, we might say that when the Church does these things, it produces the honey, and the bees swarm in. Bees swarm when they are looking for a new home. Churches with honey will again become homes, hives that multiply, so that there are an increasing number of homes where honey is found. The message is clear: Listen to Jesus and share His love that you have received from Heaven. Preach it, share it, sing it, shout it, for as we read in Psalm 81:16, it is honey in the rock!
