As individual believers daily walk and talk with Jesus, they live the spiritual life of their first century counterparts, those men and women of old who themselves sought to ‘look to Jesus.’ And when whole congregations begin to do this, they are progressively shaped into the churches that God has called them to be, and the Good News of salvation flies to the nations. Let us be those who encourage and teach others to develop a close personal relationship with Jesus, walking and talking with Him each day, for by so doing, we will build a church with that same quality and impact that the first believers enjoyed. The world is waiting for such churches to rise and take their proper place on the stage of human history.
