It is in the moment that we choose either to know God and do His will, or to go our own way. Total consecration looks to God, chooses to believe, and steps forward in faith towards a brighter day. Every moment is an opportunity to think right. Every moment is an opportunity to do right. Moments matter, not least because they are the material that shapes the future. This was a moment in the life of Christ when Heaven kissed earth, and earth could never be the same again. Whilst there’s no doubt that some moments, like this one, are of particular or even unique significance, there is never a moment in life that is unimportant or insignificant. In each moment, however humble, time is frozen and opportunities may be seized. So, don’t let a moment, especially a critical moment, pass you by. If you are a believer, I encourage you to seize every moment for God. If you do not yet believe, I encourage you to seize this moment and open your heart to Jesus.
