Without God, men sweat and toil to gain wealth, for this is part of the curse that followed the Fall. They chase wealth and it runs from them. So they run faster after their false god, sacrificing more and more to it. But when they stop chasing money and material benefit and look instead to God, the eternal Source of all good things, then it is that they no longer seek wealth but seek Him instead. Then a marvellous thing happens whereby wealth begins to seek them and find them, a process that continues for as long as they daily walk and talk with Him. Those who choose this lifestyle are blessed so much that they do not have room to contain it. Look at what Jesus did with the a few small loaves and fish! He is the Lord of multiplication, and He will multiply what we place in His hands. Give Him your resources today – all of them!
